The midweek ride up to Patonga for lunch took the six riders up surprisingly clear roads considering the heavy rain the previous day. Last week's storms washed out the Northern Beaches route planned for Sunday so it was replaced by a cruisey run to Kurnell for smoko. More than 30 members joined for a social morning and a short ride. The Chapter was back across the Blue Mountains last weekend for the Bathurst Bike Show. The coffee stop had the opportunity of stunning views from the Hydro Majestic and the group avoided the highway for a run through Oberon to Bathurst. Bathurst Bike Show photos posted - 24th March 2024

Photos from Sunday's Surf n Turf are posted. Great ride planning by Spike, who unfortunately was sick on the day, and lead from Al stepping in. The Chapter's March Meeting on Tuesday night was the usual social, chatty catch up for members. Updates included a new Road Captain Nominee - welcome and thank you Julian - and news that two veteran Road Captains are taking a break. Thanks to Claudio and Spike for all the work you've put in to provide excellent rides for Members. Sunday's Surf and Turf will be Spike's last ride lead for a while, get on it! The Chapter's March Meeting on Tuesday night was the usual social, chatty catch up for members. Updates included a new Road Captain Nominee - welcome and thank you Julian - and news that two veteran Road Captains are taking a break. Thanks to Claudio and Spike for all the work you've put in to provide excellent rides for Members. Sunday's Surf and Turf will be Spike's last ride lead for a while, get on it!

Everyone was, while complaining about the humidity, wondering about the chances of rain. But the moisture wasn't quite thick enough for rain - we got thick fog along the heights of the Old Princes Highway until we dropped down to Bulli. Something different!
